At Bat & Ball Sports, we want everyone to enjoy a safe, comfortable, and positive sporting environment. By using our facilities, customers agree to follow these basic rules.
1. Respect the Facility
Please treat our courts, equipment, changing areas, and other facilities with care. Customers may be responsible for damage caused by intentional or negligent misuse.
2. Sportswear & Footwear
Please wear appropriate sportswear and suitable footwear for the sport and facility you are using.
3. Stick to Your Booking Time
Please arrive before your scheduled session and be ready to play at the booked start time.
Your session will end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late.
4. Respect Others
Treat other players, staff, coaches, and visitors with respect.
Aggressive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
5. Safety First
Follow all reasonable safety instructions provided by Bat & Ball staff and comply with any sport- or facility-specific safety requirements.
Please report any injury, accident, unsafe condition, or damaged equipment to our staff immediately.
6. Children & Minors
Children and minors must follow the supervision requirements of the relevant facility or program.
Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that children under their care follow the facility rules.
7. Equipment
Please use Bat & Ball and rented equipment responsibly and return it in the condition in which it was provided, allowing for normal wear and tear.
8. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. Where available, we recommend using designated lockers or storage facilities.
9. Spectators & Guests
Spectators and guests must follow facility rules and may only access areas permitted by Bat & Ball or the venue.
10. Prohibited Behaviour
The following are not permitted:
- Fighting or threatening behaviour
- Harassment or abusive conduct
- Deliberate damage to property or equipment
- Use of illegal substances
- Activities that create a safety risk
- Any activity prohibited by UAE law
11. Maintaining a Safe Environment
Bat & Ball Sports may take reasonable action, including asking a customer to leave the facility, when necessary to protect the safety of customers, staff, property, or the overall sporting environment, subject to applicable law.
12. Location-Specific Rules
Some sports, facilities, swimming pools, events, coaching programs, or equipment may have additional rules.
Customers must follow any additional instructions displayed at the venue or provided by Bat & Ball staff.
13. Updates to Our Rules
We may update these rules when necessary due to operational, safety, regulatory, or facility requirements.
Any updated rules may be communicated through our website, at the facility, or through other appropriate channels.
