- We operate on a No Refund Policy for all products once purchased.
- Refunds are not provided for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We allow returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The product received is incorrect (different from the order placed).
To be eligible for a return/exchange:
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
- The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged, including but not limited to:
- Sports apparel (if worn).
- Protective gear (helmets, pads, gloves).
- Custom or special-order products.
